Senior React Engineer_6+ years

About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Engineer (6+ years experience) with strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance UI solutions using React.js and reusable components. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into robust technical implementations across browsers and web-capable devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain React plugins, reusable components, and front-end applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to deliver new features.
• Develop responsive, scalable, and high-performance applications ensuring technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and implement state management using Redux or similar workflows.
• Conduct code reviews, identify performance/usability issues, and mentor junior developers.

Mandatory Skills:

• 6+ years of hands-on front-end development experience (Senior level).
• Strong expertise in React.js core concepts, DOM manipulation, and JavaScript object model.
• Proven track record developing plugins and reusable UI components.
• Experience with state management frameworks like Redux or Flux.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication (including JWT), and modern build tools (Babel, Webpack, NPM).
