About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer specializing in React and TypeScript to join our Pune-based development team. This role is pivotal in building modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. As a key member of our frontend team, you will be instrumental in delivering seamless and engaging user experiences for our maritime technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications leveraging React, TypeScript, and contemporary development tools.
• Produce clean, efficient, and scalable code adhering to industry best practices.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and backend developers to conceptualize, design, and implement new features.
• Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability across various platforms.
• Implement and maintain comprehensive unit and integration tests to uphold code quality and reliability.
• Actively participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and agile project management ceremonies.
• Diagnose and resolve application defects, ensuring consistent performance across different browsers and devices.
• Stay abreast of emerging frontend technologies and proactively suggest enhancements and improvements.

Qualifications and Technical Expertise:

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in developing production-ready applications using React.
• In-depth knowledge of TypeScript, including its type system, interfaces, generics, and ensuring type safety.
• Proven experience with frameworks such as Next.js and libraries within the TanStack ecosystem (e.g., TanStack Table, TanStack Form, React Query).
• Strong command of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Demonstrated experience with state management libraries like Zustand, Redux, or Recoil.
• Familiarity with modern frontend build tools and bundlers (e.g., Vite, Webpack, Babel).
• Experience working with monorepo management tools such as Turborepo or Nx.
• Proficiency in testing frameworks like Jest and React Testing Library.
• Solid experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Demonstrated ability to write reusable, maintainable, and modular code.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative spirit.
