Senior React Developer

We are seeking a talented Senior React Developer to join our team in Pune, India. This role is an excellent opportunity to hone your coding abilities and develop into an architect. You will be instrumental in developing new features and maintaining our product's frontend. As a product company, you will work on a live project with no bench time. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical expertise in React.js combined with a keen eye for UI design, enabling the creation of compelling user experiences using modern web technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with designers and backend developers.
• Contribute to UI/UX decisions and the architecture of components.
• Maintain and enhance existing React applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Actively participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with React.js.
• Strong proficiency in React, with a self-assessed skill level of at least 7/10.
• Expert-level command of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Advanced expertise in HTML and DOM manipulation.
• Robust CSS and responsive design skills.
• Experience with modern React patterns including hooks, context, and functional components.
• Proficiency in using Redux for state management.
• Familiarity with CSS-in-JS solutions.
• Proficient in version control using Git.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated UI/UX design capabilities and a solid understanding of design principles.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Knowledge of component libraries and design systems.
• Experience in performance optimization and web vitals.
• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest and React Testing Library.
