Senior React Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior React Developer to join our team as a Full-Time employee based in person at our office. This role requires strong hands-on expertise with React.js and modern frontend technologies including JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and state management solutions like Redux or Context API.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js.
• Build reusable, efficient, and high-quality UI components compatible with multiple browsers and devices.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces ensuring seamless data flow via RESTful APIs.
• Write clean, optimized code following best practices for performance rendering and loading speed.
• Implement routing, form validation, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
• Manage application state effectively using Redux or Context API.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, security, and maintainability of the codebase.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and production defects efficiently.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders within an Agile environment.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous technical improvements.

Required Technical Skills:

• Demonstrable proficiency in React.js fundamentals including Hooks, functional components, and lifecycle concepts.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript for building robust applications.
• Familiarity with UI frameworks such as Material UI, Bootstrap, or Tailwind CSS.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and handling asynchronous operations effectively.
• Understanding of browser compatibility, web accessibility standards like WCAG, and frontend security practices.
• Proficiency with Git for version control and unit testing tools like Jest and React Testing Library.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing enterprise-scale web applications using Next.js for server-side rendering.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment strategies, and performance profiling techniques.
• Exposure to micro-frontends architecture and reusable component libraries.

Experience Requirements:This position mandates a minimum of 5 years and maximum of 6 years of relevant React development experience. Candidates outside this range may not be suitable.
