Senior React Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Senior React Developer with over 8 years of hands-on experience in React.js, TypeScript, unit testing, and micro-frontend architecture. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance web applications using React and modern front-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and TypeScript.
• Implement unit tests using Jest and React Testing Library.
• Build scalable and reusable UI components using micro-frontend architecture.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write clean, modular, maintainable code following front-end best practices.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across platforms.
• Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and sprint planning.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall front-end/software development experience with strong hands-on React.js experience.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, including Hooks, lifecycle methods, and state management.
• Expertise in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with Redux, React Router, and UI libraries such as Material UI or Ant Design.
• Practical experience with Jest and React Testing Library.
• Experience with micro-frontend architecture.
• Experience integrating and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Good understanding of Git and version control practices.
• Hands-on experience with Webpack, Babel, and modern build tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Added Advantage / Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Ember.js.
• Knowledge or hands-on experience with Discourse.
• Experience working with applications involving Ember.js-based front-end technologies.
• Exposure to migrating, integrating, or working across React and Ember.js applications is an added advantage.
