Senior QA Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer to strengthen our quality engineering practices across web and mobile platforms. This role drives end-to-end quality through deep functional validation, automation, API reliability, performance testing, and CI/CD integration.

• Execute comprehensive functional, exploratory, integration, and regression testing across various platforms.
• Design real-world test scenarios to validate business workflows and handle edge cases effectively.
• Develop robust automation frameworks using Java or Python to enhance regression efficiency and coverage.
• Perform rigorous API and integration testing to ensure high service reliability.
• Conduct load and performance testing to evaluate system scalability and latency under pressure.
• Validate mobile applications using Appium and cross-device testing tools for diverse environments.
• Support CI/CD pipelines to ensure release readiness and stability.
• Cross-functionally collaborate with teams to improve quality standards and reduce production risk.
• Prioritize continuous improvement of quality processes through modern automation, metrics analysis, and best practices.

• 4-6 years of professional experience in software testing environments.
• Demonstrated strong manual testing depth complemented by an automation mindset (50-75% automation).
• Expert-level knowledge in API, performance, and mobile application testing.
• Strong analytical thinking capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Possess a high ownership mindset focused on delivering superior quality and user experiences.
• Collaborative approach suitable for working within Agile environments across cross-functional teams.

• Automation Frameworks: Java or Python, Appium, Selenium.
• API Testing Tools: Postman / REST tools.
• Performance Monitoring: JMeter, BlazeMeter (or similar equivalents).
