Senior Python Developer

Role Overview:

BairesDev is seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer to architect and implement sophisticated software solutions for our global clients. In this pivotal role, you will lead technical initiatives, mentor junior developers, and solve complex challenges using Python's powerful ecosystem.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Create automation systems to configure, monitor, and orchestrate data infrastructure and pipelines.
• Develop data integration services for rapid customer onboarding.
• Maintain reliability, performance, and support of the data infrastructure anticipating growth.
• Lead the design and implementation of complex Python applications using modern patterns.
• Guide junior developers through code reviews and technical mentoring (SOLID principles, Clean Code).
• Architect scalable solutions for cloud environments utilizing Microservices architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 5+ years in Python and Django development; strong SQL/NoSQL proficiency.
• Tech Stack: Microservices, Cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD pipelines, Automated Testing (Unit & Integration).
• Skills: Advanced algorithms, Design Patterns, Version Control, Agile methodologies.
• Languages: Fluent English required for global collaboration.
