Python Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Python Engineer with strong backend development skills and hands-on experience in web applications, web scraping, APIs, databases, automation, and cloud infrastructure located at Noida Sector 135.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, solving technical problems, and using modern AI-assisted development tools such as Claude effectively to improve development productivity, debugging, documentation, testing, and code quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend/web applications using Python, Django, or Flask.
• Design and develop REST APIs, integrations, and backend services.
• Build and maintain web scraping solutions using tools such as Selenium, BeautifulSoup, Pyppeteer.
• Work with MongoDB for database design, queries, indexing, optimization, and data management.
• Implement and manage Celery, Cron Jobs, and background tasks.
• Support deployment on AWS/cloud infrastructure.
• Evaluate AI-generated code for security and performance using tools like Claude.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of professional experience in Python/backend development.
• Postgraduate degree (M.Tech, MCA, MSc CS/IT) preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on with Django and/or Flask.
• Expertise in REST API development, MongoDB, web scraping, and Celery task queues.

AI & Claude Skills:

The candidate must have excellent practical proficiency with Claude, using it for code generation, debugging, test generation, refactoring, and documentation while maintaining strong independent engineering judgment.
