Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex Power Module Product Development programs from concept to release at Infineon Technologies AG. Based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, this role involves managing global cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, marketing, and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead semiconductor product-development projects with significant business impact.
• Manage full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, risk management, reporting, and closure for global teams.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and communicate status to senior executive leadership.
• Build detailed project plans, identify dependencies, and manage risks proactively.
• Ensure delivery against schedule, quality, cost, and budget targets.
• Lead problem-solving and escalation management during critical challenges.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, Microelectronics, Semiconductor Technology, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of industry experience leading projects and teams.
• Strong knowledge of power semiconductor domains and technical processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and intercultural collaboration skills.
