About CNS - BC - Marketing Sales & Service

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Excellence in Sports Consulting:
- Sports IP Management and Operations: Demonstrate proficiency in sports intellectual property (IP) management, including licensing, branding, and rights management. Optimize sports operations, event management, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Youth and Grassroots Development: Provide insights into youth and grassroots sports development strategies. Develop initiatives and programs to foster talent and growth at the foundational level of sports.
- Sports Academies and High-Performance Centres: Leverage knowledge to guide clients in optimizing training and development programs for sports academies and high-performance centers. Provide expertise in athlete development, talent identification, and performance enhancement.
- Sports Franchise Management: Share insights on sports franchise management, focusing on enhancing operations, revenue generation, and fan engagement for sports franchises.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Management degree or equivalent certification in Sports Management or a related field.
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in the sports sector, preferably with Indian or international sports consulting firms.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of sports industry dynamics, business models, and revenue generation strategies. Familiarity with sports intellectual property management, event operations, and youth development. Experience in sports academy or high-performance center management is highly advantageous. Familiarity with sports franchise operations, including revenue streams and fan engagement.
- Consulting Skills: Background in consulting is preferred, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
