Summary

Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong AWS background to work on both front-end and back-end systems. This role is focused on product development and does not involve access to Protected Health Information (PHI) or Personally Identifiable Information (PII), nor any secured or confidential client data. The position requires in-depth cloud infrastructure expertise, specifically with ECS, Lambda, RDS, and S3.

Your Role in Our Mission

Contribute to Gainwell's mission of creating innovative, purpose-built technologies and solutions that improve health and human services outcomes. You will support the complete product development lifecycle by undertaking complex product design tasks, verifying bugs, analyzing systems, and conducting release testing. This includes investigating defects reported by quality assurance and product support teams, assisting in the design and development of end-user training materials, and collaborating with management, developers, and cross-functional technical teams to manage client expectations and ensure adherence to specifications. You will also serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on market developments, product systems and processes, network architecture, and interface capabilities.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 6 years of technical experience in product design and support, ideally with client enterprise products, services, and requirements, with a preference for health and human services experience.
• Proficiency in technology architecture, the product development lifecycle, cloud technologies, Software as a Service (SaaS), and product and platform configurations.
• Strong skills in using and manipulating relational databases, event subscription-based communication, and software development between modules.
• A proactive approach to leadership, taking ownership of assigned tasks, and mentoring junior colleagues.
• The ability to anticipate potential problems, resolve ambiguous issues, and make decisive actions.
