Full Job Description
Eurofins IT Solutions India Pvt Ltd is seeking a Senior Product Support Specialist for their Bengaluru location. This role is responsible for the maintenance, administration, and Level 2 support of IT applications, with a specialization in key modules.
Key responsibilities include diagnosing, investigating, and resolving IT application-related incidents and service requests, coordinating with business stakeholders, application owners, and internal IT teams. The Senior Product Support Specialist will also be involved in the implementation of D365 CRM SaaS applications (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Customer Voice modules), user access management, data management, and troubleshooting application issues. This role requires close collaboration with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and other IT support members.
The ideal candidate will contribute to the knowledge base, provide training to Super Users, and participate in webinars. Some availability for planned weekend work during new scope go-lives may be required. Basic knowledge of IIS troubleshooting, Windows server event logs, single sign-on, Microsoft Azure cloud concepts, and the Microsoft suite of applications is expected.
Preferred experience includes 4-7 years in application support, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, experience with the ITIL framework, and supporting Microsoft D365 CRM. Experience with Customer Service applications and their workflows is also highly preferred.
