Senior Product Specialist - Mixpanel (Remote)

Token Metrics is seeking a highly capable Senior Product Specialist to optimize data and create visualizations using Mixpanel. This role is ideal for a Product Analyst who excels at building interactive dashboards, providing deep insights into customer behavior, and driving consistent improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in an analytics role, preferably within SaaS or Fintech products.
• Proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, Python/R, MS Excel, and data infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with web analytics tools such as Mixpanel and Google Analytics.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Science.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information effectively.
• Demonstrated creative and strategic thinking, with innovative problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively, and meeting tight deadlines.
• A self-starter with a proactive, 'get-stuff-done' attitude, willing to dive deep into the details.

Responsibilities

• Apply data expertise to understand user interactions with core products beyond surface-level numbers.
• Design and evaluate experiments using relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct user experience testing to assess product usability.
• Build and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs across various verticals including content, marketing, sales, revenue, and management.
• Perform exploratory analysis to understand user behavior and conduct root-cause analysis of data trends.
• Identify opportunities for product enhancements and strategic improvements across different business verticals.
• Define key metrics for product performance and identify actionable strategies for improvement.

This is a remote position based in Delhi.
