We are seeking a motivated Senior Product Manager to lead our marketplace growth and automation initiatives. This role involves spearheading the development of innovative quoting and automation systems, with a focus on elevating customer experience and optimizing operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete product lifecycle for quoting or automation systems, including the integration of new carriers and ongoing system maintenance.
- Manage critical integrations with key partners, directly influencing the expansion of Jerry's marketplace.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and insurance specialists to improve both backend system performance and the overall customer journey.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to implement AI and automation for the reduction of maintenance costs and enhancement of system resilience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in management consulting, technical product management, data analytics, or operations within a high-growth startup environment.
- Demonstrated aptitude as a technologist and systems thinker.
- Proficiency in technical discussions, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong data-driven approach, with a comfort level in utilizing data to derive insights.
- A proven track record of owning key metrics and a persistent drive for continuous improvement.
- An optimistic mindset, focused on 'how we can' achieve goals rather than 'if we can.'
- A genuine passion for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its applications.
- Experience in leveraging AI for daily task automation.
