Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Own the core data platform end-to-end: ingestion, pipelines, storage, analytics, and reporting.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to transform raw operational and clinical data into a reliable, scalable foundation for other SPMs and teams.
• Define and own metrics describing platform health and value: data quality, latency, coverage, and downstream adoption.
• Operate with a bias for action in ambiguous environments; build solutions without waiting for customer specs.
• Apply structured analytical thinking to trade-offs between velocity, quality, and scalability.
• Represent internal consumers (product, DL, QA, CS) by building practical platforms aligned with actual usage patterns.
• Drive decisions using an ROI lens: evaluate cost/impact before investment and track success metrics.

Requirements:

• 6+ years in product management; hands-on experience in data engineering, analytics, or analytics engineering is preferred.
• Proven history of building or owning key components of a data platform (pipelines, ingestion, warehousing).
• Strong analytical skills to break down complex problems into logical solutions.
• Deep understanding of prioritization and stakeholder management in fast-paced settings.
• Bias for action: comfortable moving forward with incomplete information.
• Excellent cross-functional communication abilities.

Nice to have:

• Experience actively building or scaling a data platform from the ground up.
• Prior background as a data engineer, analyst, or analytics engineer.
• Tenure at AI-driven or data-centric product companies.
• Exposure to healthcare or high-stakes regulated environments.
