Senior Product Manager

About the Role:

Arintra is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead and scale a core product line from its initial discovery phase through delivery and ongoing growth. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our AI-powered healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end ownership of a core product line, encompassing discovery, delivery, and post-launch evolution.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and clinical teams to transform complex customer workflows into user-friendly, high-performance SaaS products.
• Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap decisions, grounded in data, customer insights, and sound business rationale.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product adoption, efficiency, retention, and customer ROI, using this data to inform product iterations.
• Apply analytical and structured thinking to all decision-making processes, clearly defining problems, evaluating trade-offs, and influencing stakeholders across various teams.
• Partner with go-to-market (GTM) teams and leadership on pricing strategies, product packaging, and establishing effective customer feedback loops.
• Act as the internal voice of the customer, ensuring all product decisions align with delivering tangible user value and achieving measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications:

• 4 to 8 years of experience in product management, with a preference for B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
• A demonstrated history of successfully building or scaling data-driven, workflow-intensive products.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to deconstruct complex, multi-variable challenges into structured, logical solutions.
• A thorough understanding of prioritization frameworks, managing trade-offs, and effective stakeholder management within dynamic, fast-paced settings.
• Outstanding communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and drive consensus without direct authority.
• A proactive, 'builder's mindset', comfortable taking concepts from inception to reality and scaling them systematically.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience navigating all stages of the product lifecycle, including discovery, execution, launch, and post-launch optimization.
• Advanced analytical capabilities and proficiency in handling intricate trade-offs.
• Proven experience managing diverse stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and a strong sense of ownership.
• Prior experience working with AI-driven or data-centric product companies is highly advantageous.
