Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Engineer / Technical Lead who can take technical responsibility for our platform and its future development. This role goes beyond development — it involves product improvement, architectural decisions, feature evolution, and technical leadership. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership to understand product requirements, enhance the existing system, introduce new capabilities, and build a strong technological foundation for long-term scalability. This is a decision-making role where the candidate will contribute to shaping the technical direction and development roadmap of the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsibility for Product Development
- Take technical responsibility for the platform’s development and stability.
- Understand the existing architecture, codebase, and workflows.
- Maintain, improve, and stabilize the current system.
- Ensure the platform remains reliable, secure, and scalable.
- Product Improvement & Feature Development
- Continuously improve product functionality based on internal and client feedback.
- Design and implement new modules, features, and automation capabilities.
- Improve system usability, efficiency, and performance.
- Ensure the platform evolves in line with business requirements and industry standards.
- Technical Architecture & System Strengthening
- Review and enhance the current system architecture.
- Ensure the platform is built for scalability and long-term sustainability.
- Improve database design, APIs, and backend performance.
- Implement best practices related to system design, security, and performance optimization.
- Development Leadership
- Guide and oversee the development process and technical execution.
- Establish coding standards, documentation practices, and development workflows.
- Support and mentor developers working on the platform.
- Manage bug fixes, feature releases, and system improvements.
- Product Roadmap & Strategic Development
- Work with leadership to define the long-term development roadmap.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and product features.
- Contribute to building the platform into a scalable solution for broader market use.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in full-stack development/ product management or similar related fields
- Strong expertise in modern frontend frameworks (React / Angular / Vue)
- Backend development experience with Node.js / Python / Django / Express or similar frameworks
- Strong understanding of system architecture and scalable platform design
- Experience with database design and management (SQL / NoSQL)
- Experience building and managing APIs
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment environments
- Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving abilities
