Role Overview
As a Product Engineer - Machine Learning, you will be instrumental in developing advanced AI solutions for digital customer experience. This role bridges the gap between research and production, focusing on creating scalable and efficient systems.
Key Responsibilities
Machine Learning Development
- Collaborate with ML engineers and data scientists on advanced AI solutions.
- Build systems across deep learning, reinforcement learning, computer vision, NLP, and speech processing.
- Translate cutting-edge research into production-ready applications.
- Develop and maintain scalable, high-quality systems efficiently.
Architecture & Product Collaboration
- Partner with product and design teams to define project scope and priorities.

Mandatory Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Deep Learning.
- Familiarity with cloud deployment technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
- Experience with large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT, Transformers) and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, CI/CD, testing, and deployment.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
