Senior Product Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Leverage extensive experience with leading cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Develop and manage container images, ensuring efficient maintenance of container registries.
• Deploy, update, and maintain production-ready applications on Kubernetes clusters and cloud environments, adopting a GitOps methodology for streamlined deployment management.
• Craft and implement YAML scripts and HELM charts for seamless Kubernetes deployments.
• Contribute to cloud architecture and design discussions, assisting lead architects in building cloud-agnostic applications.
• Create and manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) templates to automate the deployment of cloud infrastructure.
• Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for automating containerized deployments to cloud and Kubernetes.
• Manage Git repositories, establish effective branching strategies, and oversee release management processes, alongside supporting source code management and build tools.
• Implement and maintain application monitoring solutions on cloud and Kubernetes using tools such as ELK, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Automate routine operational tasks through scripting.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate new build processes and strategies aligned with evolving product requirements.
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and documentation for build, release, and deployment issues.
• Ensure system security and compliance with relevant industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Possess a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a reputable university.
• Accumulate 2-4 years of practical, hands-on experience in DevOps practices.
• Demonstrate practical expertise in designing and deploying applications to cloud environments (AWS / Azure/ GCP).
• Showcase in-depth knowledge of deploying and maintaining applications on Kubernetes.
• Exhibit technical proficiency in release automation engineering, CI/CD, or similar roles.
• Possess hands-on experience with Terraform for IaC, HELM charts, and Kubernetes manifests, coupled with strong command-line proficiency in Linux and scripting automation.
• Understand development tools, source control, and continuous integration build systems such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Gitlab, or TeamCity.
• Familiarity with deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and associated toolchains is a plus.
• Experience in configuration management across diverse environments.
• Proven experience working within agile development teams that employ short release cycles.
• Programming experience in Python or Go is considered an advantage.
