Senior Product Engineer

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Engineer for its Board Product Engineering Team. This role requires strong product development, product management, and New Product Introduction (NPI)/Manufacturing Process (MP) knowledge, with experience supporting a rapidly growing global manufacturing base. The Senior Product Engineer will collaborate with various NVIDIA Engineering teams, tackling design challenges across diverse products like GPUs, CPUs, and networking hardware. You will be instrumental in executing and optimizing designs and processes with worldwide Contract Manufacturers (CMs), ensuring their high performance. This position offers significant visibility with NVIDIA senior executives due to the strategic importance of developing NVIDIA's computing platform.

Responsibilities:

• Manage NVIDIA board product lifecycle, focusing on product yield, implementation of engineering processes, and maintenance of manufacturing methods.
• Oversee product change control, build management, and resolve top-tier product failures.
• Monitor and improve the quality and yield goals for NVIDIA board products.
• Collaborate with hardware design, validation, software, and product engineers to characterize products, address issues, and enhance overall product quality.
• Provide on-site support at global CM sites.

Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of proven experience in Product Development for Server/Board-related products, Consumer Products, or backend product manufacturing.
• Deep technical expertise in Hardware and/or Software Engineering/Embedded Product Development.
• An MS degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Engineering (CE), Computer Science (CS), Systems Engineering, or an equivalent educational background or experience.
• Demonstrated experience in board design, manufacturing, and analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills, results-oriented, and an excellent team player.
• Understanding of interpersonal structures, workflows, and operating procedures.
• Ability to thrive in a cross-site and cross-cultural collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in English and fluency in Chinese is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A strong aptitude for product management and coordination.
• Experience with databases, C/C++, and Python programming languages.
• A keen understanding of cost, efficiency, capacity, and revenue considerations.
