Senior Product Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Developer - Backend Engineer with strong Python skills (FastAPI/Flask/Django) to build scalable microservices and APIs. This role is ideal for candidates interested in Scaled AI practices, integrating machine learning models into backend services, and working within our diverse engineering teams.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and implement robust back-end systems, RESTful APIs, and microservices using Python (SQL/NoSQL).
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and ensure high-quality code delivery within schedule.
• Develop scalable architecture patterns suitable for cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) with containerization knowledge (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Document technical changes, lead engineering best practices, and collaborate on AI/ML integration projects.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field from a top university.
• 2-4.5+ years of total experience with 2+ years specifically leading engineering initiatives.
• Proficiency in Python and asynchronous frameworks (FastAPI preferred).
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts to integrate models into backend services is highly desirable.
