Your Team and Role

You will collaborate across all levels to solve problems within our current product offering while pioneering new privacy-layer solutions for the Internet. You'll have autonomy to lead impactful projects from ideation to execution, assess vague problems, propose high-impact solutions, and drive overall experience delight.

Apply your hands-on design skills to take full ownership of work across millions of users. Lead highly impactful projects that scale globally while adhering to our ethical 'privacy by design' approach.

About You

• 6+ years in product design roles, including 2+ years at the senior level with significant global consumer brands.
• Proficient in managing complex project lifecycles transparently while collaborating cross-functionally.
• A creative problem solver skilled in pushing limits to deliver exceptional quality and delight.
• Skilled communicator capable of presenting visual recommendations, prototypes, and rationale effectively.
• Familiar with agentic solutions integrated into daily workflows for acceleration and quality improvement.
• Creative brief writer who can define goals, rationales, and success metrics clearly.
• Adept at leveraging qualitative/quantitative data to drive decisions and manage ambiguity.
• Initiative-taker committed to generating ideas with urgency and discretion in an open environment.
• Educator and mentor willing to guide others while maintaining execution quality standards.
