Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Product Designer I. As a pivotal member of the team, you will shape intuitive and innovative product experiences that help Pros streamline operations and save time.
Daily Responsibilities
- Create simple, beautiful designs that measurably improve lives.
- Advocate for customer needs while balancing strategy and business goals.
- Facilitate user research and usability testing to elevate product quality.
- Shape UX/UI through flows, wireframes, visual design, and prototypes using modern tools like Figma AI.
- Influence product direction via strong design judgment and cross-functional partnership.
- Strengthen design systems for consistency, accessibility, and scalability.
- Create documentation connecting intent with engineering teams.
Required Qualifications
You must have:
- 6+ years in product or UX/UI design (Senior Level).
- A strong portfolio demonstrating complex digital products and end-to-end experiences.
- Deep expertise with modern platforms (Figma, Adobe) and AI-native tools (Claude, ChatGPT).
- Bachelor's degree in Design/HCI or equivalent experience.
- Evolved design systems at scale; mastery of accessibility and motion patterns.
