Senior Product Designer

QubeLabs AI is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Product Designer to shape the user experience of their cutting-edge ConX AI platform. This role is pivotal in designing intuitive, scalable, and enterprise-grade user interfaces for web, mobile apps, and SaaS platforms, including admin consoles, dashboards, configuration tools, and end-user interfaces. You will collaborate closely with founders, product, engineering, and AI teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end user journeys and translate complex workflows (AI configuration, agent setup, analytics) into intuitive UX for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes, catering to multiple user personas (admins, operators, managers, end users).
• Develop clean, modern, and consistent UI designs aligned with brand guidelines and build/maintain a scalable design system.
• Ensure design consistency across SaaS modules and platforms, designing responsive interfaces for various devices.
• Design enterprise-grade dashboards, configuration screens, and analytics views, considering multi-tenant SaaS UX and configuration-driven interfaces adaptable to user roles and permissions.
• Adhere to usability, accessibility, and performance best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Full Stack and AI/ML engineers to ensure design feasibility, providing detailed specifications, assets, and interaction guidelines.
• Review implemented designs for pixel-perfect execution and iterate based on feedback, usability testing, and product insights.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Strong experience designing Web, Mobile Apps, and SaaS products, particularly enterprise or B2B SaaS platforms.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design.
• Experience working with developers in product-based environments.
• Ability to design for complex systems and workflows, with familiarity in AI-driven or data-heavy interfaces.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
• Experience creating design systems and component libraries.
