Senior Product Designer - B2B SaaS & Enterprise

Join our dynamic design team as a Senior Product Designer, focusing on next-generation enterprise SaaS products. You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to craft intuitive, scalable, and high-quality user experiences for complex domains including automation platforms, low-code tools, and data-driven systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive end-to-end user experiences for enterprise B2B SaaS applications.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Establish, maintain, and scale a cohesive design system for consistency.
• Lead user research initiatives and translate findings into actionable design solutions.
• Partner effectively with Product Managers, Engineers, and key stakeholders.
• Champion usability, accessibility, and visual integrity across the product.
• Incorporate feedback from user testing, analytics, and stakeholder reviews to refine designs.
• Facilitate smooth design handoffs and support engineering implementation.

Essential Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of dedicated product design experience for B2B SaaS or enterprise products.
• Proven experience designing complex platforms such as automation tools, low-code solutions, or data management systems.
• A robust portfolio demonstrating enterprise UX case studies, user research methodologies, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Expert proficiency in Figma.
• Familiarity with modern design and development tools including Notion, Framer, Webflow, Builder.io, Zapier, Replit, and Lovable.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills are essential.
• Educational background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design (BDes/MDes) from a reputable institute, OR significant experience working within a B2B SaaS company. (Diploma holders are not eligible for this position).
