About the Role:
We are seeking skilled individuals who consistently challenge themselves and set higher standards. In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with the Application Security team to conduct Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) on web applications, managing SAST/DAST scans with tools such as Veracode and SonarQube.
- Support the Program Lead and Program Manager with daily activities.
- Partner with internal teams (Privacy, InfoSec, Product, Audit, and STS) to monitor, report on, and follow up with compliance initiatives across the Tech Practice.
- Work with the Learning & Development team to support training needs for Tech Practice associates in Privacy and InfoSec, including content creation, annual refreshers, certification tracking, and completion reporting.
- Track and publish weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reports on tickets handled by client teams, highlighting and escalating any exceptions to collaborators.
What You'll Need:
- Mandatory prior experience in Privacy, Information Security, Application Security, Compliance, Risk, or regulatory areas.
- A strong sense of ownership to drive business outcomes and add value.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with global, cross-functional teams at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and equivalent tools, including project management software.
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher with 5-8 years of experience in the Technology Industry.
- Professional certification in at least one of the following is required: IAPP (CIPP, CIPM, or CIPT), CRISC, or CISSP. Certifications in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) are preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Engineering and MBA degrees from a Tier 1 institute (India or abroad).
- Additional certifications in any areas of Privacy, Compliance, Information Security, or Regulatory requirements are advantageous.
