About the Role: Senior Principal Consultant – Full Stack Senior Developer

In this pivotal role, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade full-stack applications within Azure and Databricks environments. You'll lead UI developers, build next-generation applications with GenAI capabilities, and ensure the successful delivery of web applications on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Expertise: Proficient in front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails). Experience with databases like MySQL or MongoDB is essential.
• Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee projects from conception to completion, setting timelines and allocating resources.
• Team Leadership: Motivate and guide a team of developers, fostering a collaborative environment and providing mentorship.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for scalability and efficiency, ensuring high code quality and functionality through best practices in testing and debugging.
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand requirements and provide clear project updates.
• Collaboration and Support: Work with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
• Process Governance: Create and maintain technical documentation (PDDs, SDDs, test plans) adhering to MARS standards. Ensure compliance with coding standards, security protocols, and enterprise governance policies.
• Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems, promoting standardization for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Minimum: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in software development and architecture roles. Technical certifications in React/Python are a plus.
• Preferred: Experience leading the design and architecture of full-stack applications using Azure and Databricks. Knowledge of multiple front-end languages/libraries (HTML, React, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end languages (C#, Java, Python). Familiarity with databases (MySQL), web servers (Apache), and UI/UX design. Experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines. Ability to guide and mentor UI development teams.
