Senior Platform Software Engineer

About This Role

We are seeking a Senior Platform Software Engineer to own moderately complex components within our platform services or SDKs. You will lead team-level improvements, perform deep debugging across distributed services, and implement targeted resilience optimizations.

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Platform Development: Own bounded platform components (service modules/SDK areas), evolve contracts for multi-tenant use, and design compatibility-safe remediation plans.
• Software Architecture: Design systems aligned with pre-defined architecture, implement scalability strategies, and conduct performance profiling independently.
• Coding & Optimization: Develop new features following specifications, lead code reviews, fix moderately complex issues (API functionality/integration), and ensure robust testing/observability.
• Customer Support: Collaborate to resolve customer-reported product issues, provide technical guidance independently, coach team members, and advocate for customers' interests.
• Safety & Compliance: Establish development practices that adhere to coding standards, prevent security vulnerabilities through secure coding, and ensure service availability via automated maintenance testing.
