Senior Platform Engineer - Cloud Native Infrastructure (Hyderabad)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Platform Engineer to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This pivotal role will lead the design, build, and maintenance of our next-generation, cloud-native infrastructure. You will operate at the intersection of DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), focusing on ensuring our systems are highly available, scalable, observable, and secure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Implementation: Architect and implement scalable infrastructure solutions on leading cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, leveraging Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
• Kubernetes Mastery: Manage, optimize, and secure large-scale Kubernetes clusters (EKS, GKE, or AKS). This includes implementing and maintaining service mesh technologies (Istio/Linkerd) and adopting GitOps practices with tools like ArgoCD/Flux.
• SRE Principles: Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to define and achieve Service Level Objectives (SLOs). Implement comprehensive monitoring, alerting (Prometheus/Grafana/Datadog), and logging solutions (ELK/Loki/Splunk).
• Automation: Develop and maintain automation scripts using languages such as Python, Go, or Bash to streamline deployment, scaling, and day-to-day operational tasks.
• Security & Compliance: Implement and enforce security best practices, including cluster hardening, secrets management with tools like Vault, and ensuring adherence to relevant compliance standards.

Required Skills:

• Expertise with at least one major cloud provider, with AWS being preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration technologies.
• Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, load balancing, and microservices architecture.
• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
