Role Summary

As a Senior Platform Engineer – Agentic AI at Fractal's Cogentiq division, you will integrate, deploy, and scale the enterprise-grade agentic AI platform across complex customer environments. This role bridges platform engineering, agentic systems, and enterprise integration.

Cogentiq is Fractal’s secure, scalable, enterprise agentic AI platform enabling teams to build, test, deploy, monitor agents and multi-agent workflows with strong observability, evaluation, guardrails, and RBAC across any cloud or LLM framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Integration & Deployment: Integrate Cogentiq using MCP-based connectors; design integrations via Agent Gateway/Cogentiq SDKs; deploy across Core, Runtime (Kubernetes), and Governance layers; manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Agent & Workflow Engineering: Build/optimize AI agents on the platform; implement orchestration patterns like LangGraph or CrewAI; translate business problems into scalable solutions.
• Reliability & Troubleshooting: Ensure security and governance compliance; troubleshoot distributed systems issues across platforms, products, and customer teams.
• Enablement & Adoption: Drive onboarding for internal/customer teams; act as a technical partner to leverage agentic AI effectively.

Required Skills

• Strong Python with OOP and system design fundamentals (FastAPI).
• Deep Docker/Kubernetes experience.
• Mastery of MCP-based connectors, APIs, SDKs, and storage systems.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Copilot) and debugging distributed systems.
