Senior Php Developer

Encora Innovation Labs Pvt Ltd is seeking a Senior/Lead PHP Developer with 8-12 years of experience in PHP, Laravel, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, Data Structures, and Algorithms within an Agile environment. This is a full-time, hybrid role with opportunities in Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad, and Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable, high-performance web applications, maintaining and refactoring PHP components, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key technical requirements include strong knowledge of PHP 7+, Laravel, MySQL, OOP principles, Data Structures, Algorithms, and front-end technologies like JavaScript and jQuery. Candidates are expected to have excellent communication skills and experience working with international teams, particularly in the US. This role requires an immediate joiner (30/60/90-day notice period candidates may not be suitable).
