Bechtel Corporation is seeking a Senior Oracle Technical Support Analyst for its operations in New Delhi, India. This role is critical for supporting Oracle EBS applications throughout their lifecycle within the IT architecture. The analyst will be responsible for debugging, troubleshooting, and supporting software applications, working closely with IT Leads, Business users, and Procurement teams to understand and resolve functional requirements and issues. The position offers a Part-Time Telework arrangement, requiring at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the New Delhi office.

The primary responsibilities include resolving daily tickets and user issues to ensure smooth business operations, maintaining test data and documentation, and performing research, troubleshooting, benchmarking, debugging, program design, coding, and documentation. The role involves developing efficient component reuse methods, applying technical knowledge of business applications to develop supporting knowledge architecture and standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define business requirements. Expertise in process and data modeling, architecture development, and IT planning methodologies is expected, along with extensive knowledge of enterprise business processes.

Key qualifications for this position include a four-year degree or equivalent experience, with 3 to 5 years of techno-functional experience in Oracle eBusiness applications. Strong understanding of Oracle 'Procure to Pay' processes and experience supporting modules such as Purchasing, Procurement, Sourcing, iSupplier, Inventory, and Order Management are essential. Candidates should possess good working L1 technical support experience with CEMLI, and experience in handling Oracle Standard Issues (SR) independently. Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Performance Tuning, Oracle Workflow, AME, XML Publisher, and WebADI is required, along with a solid understanding of Oracle Application Technical Architecture. Experience in testing documentation is also necessary. While not mandatory, knowledge of Oracle EBS integrations, Oracle Apex, OAF technical knowledge, and Data Lake knowledge would be considered advantageous.
