About the Role

We are hiring a Technical Lead (Oracle Fusion with .NET) for a remote position! The ideal candidate will lead enterprise solutions, integrations, and extensions within Oracle Financials and HCM ecosystems. This role bridges business and technical teams to drive scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and support of Oracle Fusion-based enterprise solutions.
Serve as a subject matter expert for Finance and HR modules (Financials and HCM).
Design robust integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP services, APIs, and microservices.
Architect custom applications leveraging .NET technologies including C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
