Senior Network Security Engineer - Chennai & Mumbai

Secure Network Solutions is seeking experienced Senior Network Security Engineers for hybrid roles in Chennai and Mumbai. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to robust network security infrastructure.

Position 1: Fortigate Firewall Specialist - Mumbai

Responsibilities:

• Configure, troubleshoot, and manage Fortigate firewalls, including policy creation, NAT, VPN, and threat protection.
• Provide daily support, conduct Proofs of Concept (POCs), and implement solutions for Fortigate Firewall technology.
• Monitor and optimize firewall performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Promptly troubleshoot and resolve firewall-related incidents and issues.
• Configure and manage site-to-site and remote access VPNs for secure connectivity, ensuring seamless operations.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Mandatory Certifications: CCNA, NSE 4 & Above.
• Experience with network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools.
• In-depth knowledge of network protocols and technologies.
• Proficiency in network hardware and software configuration.

Position 2: Forcepoint DLP & Security Specialist - Chennai

Responsibilities:

• Implement, manage, and support Forcepoint DLP solutions.
• Monitor, analyze, and respond to data leakage incidents.
• Develop and fine-tune DLP policies and rules.
• Perform incident analysis, reporting, and remediation.
• Manage and troubleshoot Linux-based systems supporting security tools.
• Configure and maintain proxy technologies such as web security gateways.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data security compliance.
• Provide support for audits, risk assessments, and security reviews.
• Document configurations, processes, and incident responses.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Strong hands-on experience with Linux systems.
• Experience in Forcepoint DLP or similar DLP tools.
• Good understanding of data leakage/data loss prevention concepts.
• Knowledge of proxy technologies (web proxy, secure web gateways, etc.).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of network security fundamentals.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages is an added advantage.
