Senior Network Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our Infrastructure team. In this key position, you will be responsible for establishing secure network connectivity, monitoring critical services for performance and reliability, and developing comprehensive documentation to support ongoing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding network implementation across small, medium, and large organizations.
• Ensure robust IPSec / VPN service health between our platform and customer on-premise systems through close partnership with Deployment Strategists and clients during data ingestion processes.
• Create and maintain vital documentation including topology diagrams, system configurations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to foster shared knowledge within the team.
• Participate in essential on-call duties as operational needs arise.
