Senior Network Engineer

Major Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 3 engineering support for SSE services, including ZTNA (Zero Trust Network Access), SWG (Secure Web Gateway), CASB (Cloud Access Security Broker), and DLP (Data Loss Prevention).
• Design, implement, review, and refine access policies based on business requirements, risk assessment, and least-privilege principles.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to private application access, proxy behavior, SSL/TLS inspection, SaaS access, identity claims, endpoint posture signals, and traffic steering.
• Analyze logs, alerts, packet flows, policy matches, authentication flows, and endpoint behaviors to identify root causes and drive sustainable fixes.
• Monitor and optimize performance for remote, office, and mobile users by reviewing traffic paths, platform telemetry, policy impact, and application access patterns.
• Collaborate with identity providers (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID), security teams, network teams, and service desks to ensure reliable authentication and secure access.
• Manage incident, problem, and change management activities including RCA, corrective actions, implementation planning, validation, and operational handover.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, runbooks, policy standards, and knowledge articles.
• Coach and mentor Level 2 resources on issue triage, log analysis, escalation quality, repeatable troubleshooting, and operational best practices.
