About the Role

LPL Financial is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to support the operation, maintenance, modernization, and AI-enabled evolution of legacy and business-critical applications within our Hyderabad Global Capability Center. This role focuses on improving system stability, reducing technical debt, driving efficiency through intelligent automation, and leveraging cutting-edge resources in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, enhance, and stabilize legacy and modern applications across Business Solutions Technology.
• Lead foundational upgrades including framework updates, infrastructure refreshes, security patching, and performance improvements.
• Modernize legacy systems using cloud-ready patterns, microservices, and API-driven designs tailored for the Hyderabad market.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate modernization and improve code quality.
• Apply AI-driven monitoring and observability insights to reduce incidents and enhance reliability.
• Collaborate with architects, SRE, QA, and business partners on advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full stack development experience with .NET, Angular, REST APIs, and relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Strong expertise in supporting and modernizing legacy enterprise applications.
• Experience building cloud-native or cloud-ready microservices on AWS (Lambda, Step Functions, S3, EKS/DynamoDB).
• 2+ years of responsibilities in reliability engineering (monitoring, incident management) aligned with Hyderabad IT standards.
• Demonstrable ability to learn and adopt AI-led delivery practices and intelligent automation frameworks.
