We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET / C# Developer to join our team as we build scalable, secure backend systems for complex enterprise integrations.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for developing REST APIs, cloud-native integrations, and transactional enterprise applications similar to platforms used in retirement administration, financial services, payroll, and benefits. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in .NET technologies, API development, secure authentication protocols (OAuth2/OIDC), and modern DevOps practices.

Key Qualifications

• Backend Development: 5+ years of experience with C#, ASP.NET Core Web APIs, Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and Async Programming (.NET Core/6/7/8).
• API & Integration: Deep knowledge of RESTful services, Swagger/OpenAPI design, JSON/XML handling, webhooks, and Postman testing.
• Databases: Proficiency in SQL Server or PostgreSQL, including query optimization, stored procedures, and high-volume transaction processing.
• Cloud & DevOps: Experience deploying on AWS/Azure, containerization with Docker, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), and logging solutions like Seq/Serilog.

Preferred Skills

• Architecture: Microservices patterns using Kafka/RabbitMQ/SQS, Kubernetes orchestration, Redis caching strategies.
• Domain Knowledge: Experience in financial services, 401(k) platforms, HRIS systems, or benefits administration is highly valued but not mandatory to start with training opportunities provided. Strong grasp of secure enterprise application design principles (OWASP).
