Join AGCO as a Senior MLOps Engineer in Bengaluru, India, and contribute to solving critical global challenges in agriculture. This role focuses on overseeing the monitoring and maintenance of AI use cases in production, ensuring their seamless integration and optimal performance across the organization.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning, with a specific focus on supporting AI initiatives. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, data engineers, and AI/ML engineers to ensure AI systems are scalable, accurate, secure, and compliant with established standards. Responsibilities include enhancing existing AI solutions in cloud environments and integrating them into platforms like websites and Tableau dashboards.
Key responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining AI/ML models in production, designing scalable architectures, conducting model assessments, guiding the implementation of robust data pipelines, and establishing CI/CD pipelines for model lifecycle management. You will also develop documentation, troubleshoot production issues, and stay abreast of emerging AI/ML technologies.
Experience requirements include a minimum of 8 years in data, with at least 5 years focused on operationalizing AI solutions in cloud environments. Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL is essential, along with experience in cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud. Familiarity with deep learning algorithms, predictive modeling, MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow), container management (Docker, Kubernetes), and data governance is required.
Additional desirable skills include experience with Tableau, web scraping, and the manufacturing, agriculture, or supply chain industries.
