Senior ML Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in New Delhi. This role involves conducting advanced research into the simulation of human intelligence processes by machines, including learning, reasoning, and self-correction. You will be responsible for designing and implementing sophisticated Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms to address critical business challenges.

As a Senior ML Engineer, you will possess deep knowledge and extensive experience in the field. You will actively participate in and lead the development of new solutions and projects, sharing best practices and providing expert advice to colleagues. Beyond managing your own workload, you will be instrumental in setting project directions for the team.

This position offers the opportunity to supervise and coordinate lower-level specialists, acting as the primary point of contact for complex technical matters. You will coordinate daily operations, enable, and oversee the implementation of short to medium-term activities within the team. Furthermore, you will contribute input to policies, processes, and standards, making decisions of a tactical and operational nature within a defined scope. You will manage a mixed team of specialists and support staff, holding full responsibility for their employee lifecycle.
