Full Job Description
Sprinklr is seeking a Senior ML Engineer to design and implement advanced Machine Learning solutions for next-generation digital customer experience applications. This role involves end-to-end ownership of ML features, from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring. You will collaborate with product management and design teams to define project scope and timelines, and with ML leadership to shape the technology and architectural strategy. Responsibilities include developing scalable ML solutions, working across various ML disciplines such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, computer vision, and natural language processing, and optimizing model performance, latency, and scalability. You will also build APIs and microservices to support ML pipelines, ensure adherence to MLOps best practices, and identify opportunities to integrate cutting-edge research into Sprinklr products. Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies is crucial.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field from a Tier 1 college, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 2.5+ years of Deep Learning experience with a proven track record in fast-paced technical projects.
- Familiarity with cloud deployment technologies like Kubernetes and Docker containers.
- Experience with large language models (e.g., GPT-4, Pathways, Google Bert, Transformer) and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proficiency in software engineering best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, SCM, CI/CD, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Experience communicating requirements and technical designs to users, technical teams, and product management.
Nice to have:
