Bechtel Corporation seeks a highly skilled Senior Microsoft 365 & Platform Systems Engineer for its New Delhi, India operations. This role is integral to the Information Systems & Technology organization, requiring a delivery-focused technical expert in Microsoft 365 and Platform technologies. You will collaborate closely with business owners, project managers, design teams, operations, and partners to ensure the successful and timely delivery of new or updated services. Responsibilities include developing delivery plans, managing objectives, leading major initiatives, defining and ensuring non-functional requirements, and providing training. Flexible shift work is a requirement to meet business objectives. This position offers part-time telework, with a minimum of three days of in-office attendance per week.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Addressing business process gaps, including security setup, user documentation, data interface design, migration, and reconciliation.
• Providing Identity and Access Management (IAM) advisory, solution architecture, and consulting for internal projects.
• Developing and implementing strategies for Privileged Access Management, Single Sign-On (SSO), and IAM governance.
• Integrating IAM systems with internal and third-party applications, managing provisioning, identity authentication, and system resource authorization.
• Creating technology roadmaps in collaboration with vendors like Microsoft and Citrix.
• Developing and tracking training and development plans for teams.
• Maintaining service levels and providing technical guidance.
• Project managing major IT infrastructure projects and goals.
• Creating and reviewing documentation, drafting communications, and ensuring adherence to communication standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, with a minimum of thirteen years of IT experience.
• Over 10 years of industry experience in diverse technologies and project management within large, geographically dispersed organizations.
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience with relevant technologies.
• Over 2 years of experience with Azure and other SaaS and Cloud Computing methodologies.
• Experience designing and managing PaaS and IaaS in Azure and/or AWS, with a focus on migrating on-premises applications to Azure PaaS.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Extensive experience with identity and access management technologies, including Entra ID, Azure B2B/B2C, two-factor authentication, and privileged access management.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• In-depth knowledge of SSO technologies (SAML, OIDC, OAuth).
• Strong project management skills, including timeline management and cross-departmental coordination.
• Knowledge of IAM solutions and security standards.
• Understanding of data protection, DLP, and cloud security concepts.
• Familiarity with modern device management and application virtualization.
• Understanding of networking, routing concepts, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), digital signatures, and electronic signatures.
• Experience with Public Cloud platforms, particularly Azure, with an emphasis on PaaS services.
• Understanding of modern application architecture, onboarding PaaS services, and DevSecOps.
• Knowledge of Microsoft authentication, authorization, and modern applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including documentation and presentation abilities.
• Understanding of project management methodologies.
• Broad understanding of the technology stack, including security, network, server infrastructure, protocols, and associated application technologies (database, web, analytics).
• Experience managing infrastructure in mid-to-large sized or multi-location companies is preferred.
• A strong interest in continuous learning and integrating new technologies into Bechtel’s infrastructure.
