Senior MERN Stack Developer - Hyderabad, Telangana

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer with 8 to 10 years of professional experience to join our dynamic development team. This role is crucial for architecting, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of applications using the MERN stack.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and maintainable web applications.
• Provide architectural guidance and establish coding best practices for our Hyderabad-based team.
• Optimize application performance, security, and responsiveness for enterprise solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, QA, and DevOps professionals.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to high coding standards.
• Integrate essential third-party services, APIs, and cloud solutions (AWS/Azure).
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovative improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of comprehensive software development experience, with a minimum of 5 years focused on the MERN stack.
• Demonstrated strong proficiency in:
• MongoDB: data modeling, aggregation, indexing, and performance optimization.
• Express.js & Node.js: building robust REST APIs, microservices, and effective middleware.
• React.js: utilizing hooks, advanced state management techniques, Redux, and Context API.
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript is highly preferred for modern development practices.
• Solid understanding of foundational web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), JSON, Webpack, and Babel.
• Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
• A strong grasp of security best practices, including OAuth2, JWT, and data encryption methods.
• Excellent database design skills and the ability to optimize complex queries.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are essential for this role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in designing and implementing microservices architecture and serverless functions.
