About The Role
Konrad seeks a skilled Full Stack Developer to contribute to cutting-edge web application development using JavaScript. What You'll Do

• Collaborate with a world-class team to write maintainable, testable, and performant software.
• Engage in code reviews and conduct thorough testing to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
• Research emerging technologies and tools, sharing findings with the team.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with all team members.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Computer Application, Computer Science, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or a related Bachelor's degree.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience building and delivering modern, production-grade web applications within a team setting.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, including experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and Next.js.
• Proven backend development experience with Node.js, Java, or .NET.
• Experience with front-end JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or similar.
• Comprehensive understanding of modern web application components, including APIs, templating, routing, data storage, design patterns, optimization, caching, and security.
• Solid grasp of core web principles like HTTP, the DOM, SSL, and web servers.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, essential for close team collaboration.
• A proactive approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional work.
• Enthusiasm for improving software development workflows and processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with custom development using Next.js, Gatsby, Remix.js, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, AEM, Sitefinity).
• Experience in cloud environments such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Exposure to GraphQL, ElasticSearch, Serverless architectures, or advanced Next.js features.
