Senior Manager

Zenoti is seeking a Senior Manager, UX to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing user-centric designs for Zenoti's software components, driving innovation within the beauty and wellness industry.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Collaborate with various project teams to create intuitive and user-friendly designs for Zenoti components.
• Lead interaction design efforts, ensuring adherence to established standards and guidelines.
• Develop compelling user interface design proposals that prioritize simplicity, user relevance, and high-quality visual solutions.
• Produce high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate concepts and design briefs.
• Document key design artifacts, including sitemaps, wireframes, task flows, interaction designs, use cases, flow charts, and navigation models. Create prototypes for navigation models and interaction designs to facilitate demonstration and usability testing.
• Actively participate in the entire design process, from concept to finalized mockups, meticulously identifying all edge cases.
• Effectively communicate design concepts to cross-functional teams, working closely with Development teams to ensure seamless translation of mockups into high-quality web pages.
• Prepare briefs for usability studies, providing comprehensive information and necessary prototypes or materials.
• Conduct research on best practices and assess the feasibility of new project ideas.
• Contribute to the monthly release of new features, gathering direct customer feedback to refine designs and ensure widespread adoption of product capabilities.

What Skills Do You Need:

• A minimum of 12 years of experience as a UX designer with a strong portfolio of web and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with and up-to-date knowledge of emerging design trends and best practices.
• A deep understanding of usability principles and design standards.
• Proven experience in software usability, including performing and overseeing usability tests, cognitive walkthroughs, heuristic evaluations, surveys, interviews, competitive analyses, task and needs analyses, user profiling, and other key usability methodologies.
• Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in the field, evidenced by design samples and case studies submitted as part of the interview process.
