Senior Manager

Qualifications:

• Experience in leveraging or critically evaluating AI integration into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including AI-powered tools, workflow automation, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's impact on engineering practices.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM API integration (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic), and RAG patterns.
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks and orchestration tooling.
• Background in platform engineering, including reusable components, internal developer portals, or SDK development.
• 14+ years of experience in software product engineering, with at least 5 years in a technical management role.
• Strong foundation in modern software engineering practices and technologies for large-scale enterprise products.
• Deep proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js, with a strong command of modern web frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Proficiency in at least one secondary language like Java, C++, or Python. Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and web component architecture.
• Expert-level experience in REST API design, including resource modeling, versioning, and authentication (OAuth2, JWT, API Keys).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) and containerization/orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Production experience on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, utilizing services like Lambda, API Gateway, and Cloud Functions.
• Experience with open-source tools, automation frameworks, and agile development environments.
• Proven ability to design and implement effective testing strategies, including automation and performance testing.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, integrating engineering and quality functions.
