As the Senior Manager - HR at CV Designer, you will serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, overseeing HR operations for a workforce of 1,800+ employees. Your role involves ensuring full statutory compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Factory Act), designing HR policies aligned with industry best practices, and leading talent acquisition for sales, manufacturing, and corporate functions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Statutory Compliance: Manage adherence to Indian labor laws and regulations.
- Policy Development: Implement comprehensive HR policies that align with organizational goals.
- Workforce Management: Oversee payroll, attendance, and grievance redressal processes for 1,800+ employees.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts to hire top-tier talent in Pharmaceutical and Manufacturing sectors.
- Performance & Engagement: Develop KRA/KPI systems and drive employee engagement initiatives to reduce attrition.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with the General Manager HR and department heads to enhance business productivity.
Ideal candidate must have 8-12 years of core HR experience, expertise in managing large headcounts, and deep knowledge of Indian statutory compliances. Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential.
