The Role: Senior Manager - HR
As the Senior Manager - HR, you will serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, overseeing the entire HR lifecycle for a workforce of 1,800+ employees. Your responsibilities include:
- Strategic Leadership: Drive HR initiatives that align with organizational goals, ensuring seamless operations and business growth.
- Statutory Compliance: Manage adherence to Indian labor laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Factory Act) with expert-level expertise.
- Policy Development: Design and implement HR policies that reflect industry best practices and organizational values.
- Workforce Management: Oversee payroll, attendance, and grievance redressal processes for a large-scale workforce.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talent for sales, manufacturing, and corporate functions.
- Performance & Engagement: Implement KRA/KPI systems and foster employee engagement to reduce attrition and boost morale.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the General Manager - HR and department heads to deliver HR solutions that enhance business productivity.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 8–12 years of core HR experience, with prior management of 1,000+ employees.
- Expertise in Indian statutory compliances and labor laws.
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive leadership with a solution-oriented mindset.
