Senior Manager

Hazeltree, a market leader in treasury and liquidity management technology for hedge funds and private markets firms, is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to spearhead their marketing operations. This pivotal role involves owning and optimizing the company's marketing engine to drive sales impact and delivering high-quality marketing assets and campaigns to revenue-focused teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage Hazeltree’s website, including content publishing, updates, and continuous optimization.
• Manage the entire email marketing lifecycle, encompassing campaign execution, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
• Lead Hazeltree’s social media strategy, including content planning, publishing cadence, and ensuring alignment with overarching campaigns.
• Spearhead the design, production, and distribution of Hazeltree’s signature Shortside Crowdedness Report, along with all supporting campaign assets, in collaboration with a PR consultancy.
• Partner with internal teams to create integrated marketing campaigns that support demand generation and client engagement objectives.
• Maintain consistent messaging, brand voice, and visual standards across all external communications.
• Promote all earned press coverage for Hazeltree across various channels.
• Support leadership, sales, and account management teams by assisting with events (industry conferences, intimate gatherings), pitch decks, client-ready collateral, and custom marketing assets.
• Develop and maintain product marketing materials that clearly articulate Hazeltree’s value proposition, use cases, and differentiators, potentially utilizing platforms like Storylane.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure marketing efforts align with pipeline priorities and client lifecycle requirements.
• Identify opportunities to enhance and expand Hazeltree’s marketing programs to boost awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline growth.
• Track and report on campaign and channel performance metrics, leveraging insights for ongoing strategy refinement and execution improvement.
