Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Data Analyst to spearhead system automation initiatives, extract critical business insights from extensive datasets, and provide vital financial and business analysis support for our various channels. This role is based in our Lower Parel office in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead system automation projects to optimize and streamline business processes.
• Utilize Python for in-depth analysis of large datasets to generate actionable business insights.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including Profit & Loss (P&L) assessments and business portfolio evaluations.
• Analyze business performance at branch and state levels, and publish performance scorecards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in data analytics, with significant experience using Python to analyze large datasets.
• Demonstrated experience in financial analysis and business portfolio management.
• Familiarity with and experience in driving system automation projects.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication proficiencies.
• A graduate degree in a relevant discipline; advanced analytics or finance certifications are highly advantageous.
